  • Be clear on what you want, and make it specific. If you don’t know exactly what it is that you desire, it makes it very difficult for you to compel it to come to pass!
  • Be positive! Positivity begets positivity, so remain positive. Start and end your day with positivity, from the moment you open your eyes until you lay your head down at night. Start your days with the belief that each morning moves you one step towards gaining your dreams as realities.
  • Be grateful. Realize what you already have, and be thankful for it! A gratitude journal can be a great way to get this down in a tangible way, and a great reminder for those days when you feel down. You can purchase designated journals specifically designed for this purchase, but really, any notebook or notepad will do!
  • Stay focused on your dreams and desires, no matter what is going on in your life and in the world around you.
  • Meditation does wonderful things for every aspect of your life, so make time for it each and every day.
  • Focus, but don’t dwell. Dwelling on something, or wanting it too much, will cause you to stress- which is exactly the opposite of what you are trying to reach!
  • Write things down. There is something about getting it all down in black and white that ingrains it into your mind. Write down your initial goal, and any steps you take or happenings you notice that move you closer to it.
  • Choose your influences– do those around you reinforce your beliefs, or tear them apart? Surround yourself with uplifting and positive people, and avoid the negative conversations and conflicts.
  • Visualize, and make it visual. Imagine yourself being or doing exactly what it is you desire, then create a vision board to illustrate it, there are great websites and apps to help with this, or use a poster or bulletin board for a more tangible effect.
  • Believe and feel, from the deepest part of your being, that your belief is being realized.
  • Practice your affirmations, whatever it is that you want to be or achieve, make it your focus.
  • Learn to forgive; you must let go of the negative to make space for the positive. Anything that you’ve been hanging onto, no matter how big or how small, let it go.
  • Take action towards your goal. Reinforce and solidify what you want to yourself, and to the world around you.
  • Notice and lay focus on the good things as they appear. Everything doesn’t happen overnight, but when you see small pieces of your desires come to pass, notice them and rejoice in them- this will increase your positivity and reinforce your belief.
  • Do more of whatever makes you happy, happiness creates positivity and the of attraction feeds from your positivity!
